Chhattisgarh State Service Prelims Examination
A large number of candidates have applied online between 1 and 30 December 2024 to participate in the CGPSC State Service Prelims Examination 2024 against the 242 vacancies and all those candidates are now waiting for the admit card, which will be released in the last week of January 2024.
Under the reorganization of Madhya Pradesh, the State of Chattisgarh came into existence on 1st November 2000 and Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission was formed under the provision of Act 315 of the Constitution of India on 23rd May 2001.
Candidates applying for the examination should ensure themselves before applying that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Only candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions should apply. Their admission at all stages of the examination will be purely provisional irrespective of whether they satisfy the prescribed eligibility conditions. Issuance of admit card to the candidate will not mean that his/her candidature has been finally accepted by the Commission. The Commission checks the eligibility conditions only after the candidate has been identified for the written examination and interview.

CGPSC Educational qualification
- Must have graduation and degree from any recognized board or institute.
- The candidate must have a degree (degree) from any University incorporated/incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislatures in India or any educational institution established by an Act of Parliament or a deemed University under Section 3. University Grants Commission Act, 1956.) or its equivalent qualification.
